One list from the whole week
Smart shopping lists
Build one list from several recipes or a full week. Matching ingredients consolidate, pantry staples can be excluded, and every item stays easy to tick off.

Why it matters
Built around the way recipes really arrive
A meal plan should lead to one useful shopping list, not seven separate ingredient lists. Kyura gathers the ingredients from the recipes you choose and combines matching items where the units allow it.
The list is grouped into familiar shopping categories. You can add household items, change quantities, remove ingredients already at home, and tick each line as it goes into the trolley.
When personal ingredient prices are available, the same list can show an estimated total and compare it with your weekly grocery budget. Prices are entered by you in v1, not pulled from a supermarket feed.
The flow
How it works
Choose recipes or a week
Generate the list from selected recipes or from the current meal plan.
Review the consolidation
Check combined quantities and remove ingredients already in the pantry.
Shop your way
Add extra household items, edit prices, and tick lines as you go.
Finish the shop
Record actual prices where useful and complete the list for your budget history.
Consolidation stays reviewable
Ingredient wording and units vary between recipes. Kyura combines clear matches and leaves you room to correct the rest.
Retailer-neutral by design
The list belongs to your household. It is not tied to one supermarket or delivery basket.
Simple sharing
Copy the list as text or share a link when another person is doing the shop.
Common questions
Clear before clever
Can I add items that are not in a recipe?
Yes. The shopping list accepts free-text household items alongside recipe ingredients.
Does Kyura know what is already in my pantry?
You can mark common staples or remove items during review. A deeper inventory system is planned for a later version.
Does Kyura compare live supermarket prices?
Not in v1. Estimates use the ingredient prices you enter. Live retailer pricing is a possible future integration.
