By using Kyura you agree to these terms. They cover acceptable use, subscriptions, and content you upload.

Service
Kyura provides recipe organisation, meal planning, shopping lists, budget tools, and related features on web and (when published) mobile apps. Features may differ by platform and plan.
Accounts
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support if you believe someone else accessed your account.
Your content
You retain rights to recipes and images you upload. You grant Kyura a licence to store and process them to provide the service. Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
Subscriptions
Premium features require a paid plan or trial. Web billing may use Stripe. When mobile apps are published, store purchases renew under Apple or Google rules. Cancel in the billing account that charged you. Deleting your Kyura account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse AI endpoints, attempt to access other users data, scrape the service at unreasonable rates, reverse engineer protected parts of the product, or use Kyura for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimers
Nutrition estimates and dietary preferences are for guidance only. They are not medical advice. Always verify allergens and labels yourself. The service is provided as available; we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Kyura is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable consumer guarantees.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after publication means you accept the updated terms. Questions: [email protected].
